What karma is truly about is accountability, responsibility, and consequences. This is the natural law of "cause and effect". (That's how I see it anyhow)

Thing is, Karma is a concept of Hindu faith. First written about some 5,000 years ago in the Vedic text. It was taught that there is no good or bad karma...just karma. To act in a perfect way or without guilt or joy in the doing, then one gains no karma. But to act in an imperfect way or with guilt or joy then one accumulates karma. The burden of which you must carry into your next incarnation. That, by itself suggests that we self judge, as a result of our own guilt or joy, our deeds and self administer karma.
Based on that the only person I can think of that would not accumulate karma would be Mr Spoke from Star Trek.
The idea of self assessing is born out when you consider the Akashic Hall. It's believed by those that ascribe to Reincarnation that when the body dies, we go to the Akashic Hall and view our past life, judge it and decide what we need to learn in the next life.
I've yet to read any place how karma applies in the Akashic Hall or for that matter how it actually affects ones next life.

Yes. You see, it was during the Victorian times when Europeans were traveling the world and bringing back their understanding of Eastern Philosophy. Within the Hindu faith there are a number of different sects, each currently holding their own view on Karma.
The concept of Karma that was getting kicked around during the 60's is a tainted slang version created in the drug culture of the day and has no resemblance to the Hindu view of Karma.

I'm almost on the same page as WS, and like Aurora, I have done some pretty intense spells. I felt no guilt about it because what I did was nothing to what had been done to me and my family. My curses were sent out as self defense, and done for protection. If I caused someone distress or pain, I really didn't care because what they were causing me and my family. For the most part I'm passive and easy going, but don't mess with my family! Don't use me, don't cause me or mine pain, or I will lash back. I haven't done this often, but the results were effective. I'll do it again if I need to. No hesitation. Could not agree more and have acted the same..if they feel no remorse why should you?

I do my best the follow the Law of Three I truly do. But when I am threatened or my family are threatened I can become whoevers worse enemy. My darker side takes over annd all I can do is hang on for the ride.

The law of three......... Another idea that really doesn't work. Magic only functions wihin the defined rules of physics. Physics says that for every action there is an EQUAL and opposite reaction. So, if you send out something it will return in equal force. The trick is knowing it will and being able to redirect it / ground it.
