Wanga or Ouanga dolls or pouches are not unlike the poppets or sachets from what I can see. So if you want such things then making them yourself would be the thing to do as they would contain your energy and not that of the maker. If you use such things that is. Personaly I think these dolls are a good money spinner for the maker of them, they come in all forms from cloth to clay and some have semi precious stones in them as well, like I said a good money making scheme.
DIY is better if you want one at least you know what has gone into it.
I have never used one personaly but have seen them around when looking for other things.
