Close the bathroom door and windows and run a warm bath. When the water has settled, add up to 12 drops of essentail oils and swish them around. Soak in the bath, stroking the oil all over your body and inhale the steam. Mmmmmm..... A nice warm bath is exactly what I could do with right now!! I love adding oils to my bath water it's like a giant steam inhalation system and I feel so refreshed and energised afterwards. Neroli, Chamomile, Patchouli and Lavender are wonderful ;D

I absolutely adore neroli....and bergamot ;D I think bergamot has to be my favourite oil, it's so refreshing, relaxing and uplifting! I use it in my oil burner a lot...when I can get hold of it, that is It's the only oil that relaxes me and lifts my spirits at the same time...if that makes sense? ;D

I use lavender in my bath all the time and to help me sleep. I love bergamot but it doesn't like me. I am allergic and my face swells up if I get it on my skin. The scent gives me headaches. I could cry as bergamot is my favorite essential oil.
I will try the neroli in the bath. I have never thought to do so. I use neroli on my mini dachshund to treat her asthma. It works well.

Well, this isn't really an oil, but if you put a cup of white wine vinegar into a warm bath, it works wonders for sore muscles

I will have to try the vinegar as having fibromyalgia sore muscles is an everyday occurence for me, can I just ask if it makes you smell of vinegar?
Also I love the smell of bergamot in an oil burner but I cannot get on with it in the bath as even a couple of drops makes my skin tingle in an unpleasant way, not the nice tingle off peppermint but more of a burning.

I personally don't think that it makes me smell like vinegar...but i like vinegar...i take drinks of vinegar out of the bottle, so i personally don't mind the smell, so you might want to get a second opinion
