This is what i use to divine memories of my past lives.
It took a few tries to get it to work but the results were amazing.
Basicly, i just lay back and get cozy, try to quiet my mind as well as the house. You can burn incense if they aid you or candles or oils but i dont find that they are a necessity.
Once you quiet your mind and slow the flow of stray thoughts as best you can, imagine a staircase that leads to what would look like the front door to a house. Try not to worry to much about the size or definability of what the house itself looks like.
Slowly walk up the stairs to the door and when you're ready, simply open it and walk through, thinking about what it is you want to know, or remember.
When i did this, i opened the door and walked into what seemed like an enormous house that was under constant renovation. Each room i entered, each hallway i passed through, held a different time period or memory from one. There were people all about the house. Some familiar, others i couldnt place but all seemed as though they belonged there. In one room i even saw someone from my current life though she appeared younger.
I will offer you this though, i came across a room with a vanity table in it, and when i looked into the mirror the reflection of self that i saw wasnt of the current time. I knew it was me though, without a doubt. Once i recognized myself or...my past self, everything seemed to kick up a notch. Suddenly i could hear everyone talking and scenes began playing out more in depth.
If anyone else has tried this, or if you decide to after having read this, i would Love to hear about your results.
I personaly found it very helpful and alot of fun for the most part though i wouldnt recomend doing it every day.
Someone once told me, that there are reasons why we are stripped of our past life memories, and that if we do manage to recover them, we should simply embrace them for the knowledge and move on. Dwelling on them can be dangerous.
Have fun and Blessed be
