Rooibos tea, for some reason, but don't ask me why. Seeds. I have no scientific basis for this but I think seeds give energy because they contain the promise of life and so are bursting with energy and you will have this energy transmuted if you eat them. Generally, and I am sure you already know, seal your aura, shield, and try antioxidant foods - vegetable juice, blueberries and tomatoes.

Warm red tea, with a *tiny* bit of honey and brown sugar. After tea my boyfriend and I stretch. It puts him right to sleep, and keeps me up for hours. I'm not sure how it works, but that's what gets me outta bed at 6am.

Honey definately works. Honey is composed of sugars like glucose and fructose and contains minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, sulphur, iron and phosphate as well as small quantities of copper, iodine and zinc. Honey also contains the vitamins B1, B2, C, B6, B5 and B3 though the amount will vary depending on the type of honey you have. How about you have a rooibos, peppermint and red tea as soon as you wake and then a glass of prune juice with honey for breakfast. You'll be flying! Ha ha
