Well, just now my filling fell out and the pain was unbarible. Before I discovered Wicca I would have ran to the medicine box and put ora gel on it. But instead I went and got some cloves and boiled two handfuls and one and half cups of water. I drain the clove and let the water set until it was room temperature. When it was cool enough I applied some inside my tooth. Now I have cloves boiling just for the smell. Not only is it deliciously refreshing, it clears my mind for meditating and makes the air fresher to breath. Just thought I'd share the idea, you might like to try.

Given that kind of pain, I'd probably use the Ora Gel while I waited for the cloves to boil....

Cloves are excellent for relieving tooth ache, I have some Clove bud oil that I use for this purpose. And Bo'ella - I know what you mean about the smell, it is very refreshing and good at clearing the head.

For sore throats or mouth lesions boil 6 Sage leaves in a saucepan. Let the liquid cool and use as a mouthwas/gargle. Keeps for approx 24 hours

Good advice! Thank you! My mum also puts cloves with cut up oranges in red wine and simmers through, she always uses this for when we had colds...... medicinal purposes..... she always says....

A little Reiki helps too. I've sent Reiki to two friends of mine with toothaches that helped the pain till they were able to see their dentist. Speaking of dentists... I need to see mine soon.
