I use to keep a dream book.Found it right where I left it. Now if finding everything else could be so easy.LOL.
Since I have been home I haven't had any dreams.Other than a few of the ones of waking up and forgetting where I was.
I know there is the whole REM sleep thing of why but could there be other things that stops one from dreaming.
Has anyone else had this issue? I always like a good dream and this point I will even take a nightmare.

No I'm not on any medication. I will take over the counter medication from time to time. I take an allergy pill and I have one of those sleeps where you fall asleep and you wake up and it feels like no time has passed.
LOL..I figured out where kids came from 20 years ago.Its in the water so I got the plummimg fixed.

Everybody dreams every night. As many as 8 dreams each night for some people. So it's the fact that you're not remembering your dreams which is the issue. How long has this been going on for? You've been on a HUGE real life adventure the past few years henny; it might just simply be a case of your subconscious deciding not to let you know when and how it's gently processing everything you've taken in. So long as you feel you've had a good nights sleep and you wake up feeling refreshed, I wouldn't worry about it. Normal dream patterns should resume soon.

LOL..Well during my Huge real life adventure I was lucky to get 5 hours of sleep. So I'm not going to count those years.
From what you said even though I had adjusted to life again there are parts of me that are still adjusting.
My subconscience is blocking what would be keeping me awake and allowing me to get a good nights sleep. Sure there are some days I don't sleep well or at all but we all have those days.
So I'm just going to have to give it more time.

How odd, I am glad I do not remember my dreams, it can be a blessing. Oh I know I dream, no one can help that. But at best I AMY recall bits of a dream. Some times I wake up still feeling what the dream conjured up and am HAPPY I can not recall it.
Don't worry, these are phases and yours will pass.

Lately I know I had a dream but don't remember the details. Every now and then however, when I get a visit by a guide, those dreams are very clear.
