Merry Meet Everyone!

I'm from Oregon. I live in an apt. with my boyfriend, 2 Siamese cats, and 6 parakeets. I've been a Christian Wiccan for a couple years now. The perfect religion for me.

I love the arts in every way, shape and form! I enjoy reading, writing, going to plays, museums, art galleries, concerts.

I'm hoping to make some genuine friends here and to contribute information and help others.

I have a Siamese - she's actually a snow shoe if you're familiar with that breed. They are very special cats indeed. How do yours get on with the parakeets?
My dad lives in Portland. I'm planning a visit there in the next few years - it's apparently the vegan capital of the world!

Actually, separating Christianity and Wicca baffles me. I was unofficially Christian Wiccan before I even knew such a group existed; it just comes natural to me, which is how it became a religion. People discovered they were doing this on their own and later found out there were many others doing the same thing.

I keep my birds in a very huge cage, so the cats just look at them for awhile then get bored and leave.

I'm not familiar with the snow shoe Siamese.

My birds and cats separately get along really well. My cats never really fight--just play fight. They are best buddies. My birds all get along; there are two "couples".

I love it here in Portland. I'm a vegetarian.
