Dreaming of the Apocalypse/Armageddon

The end of the world - whatever you want to call it.
I have had four vivid detailed dreams in the past few years of the end of the world and each one gets more detailed than the last. I've managed to work out that for me this represents a change in my life. So far all the changes have been good and positive. I had probably the most vivid dream detailing the end of the world last night and this time it involved a giant tidal wave. I have dreamt of the earths destruction by tidal wave before and for me it represents an emotional change. Interesting to me though was that where-as in my previous dreams I have always had a sense of panic and desperation but last nights dream I was calm and filled with quiet resolution. Accepting what was happening.
I just wanted to document that dream here so as I can look back in a few months time and say "yep, I saw that coming!".

But I was also interested to hear if other people have dreamed of the end of the world and if you could share what you remember.

I know you've wondered from time to time if you should keep this forum going, but that's not whats bothering you. Something in your life isn't satisfying you. Something is nearing an ending and when it does it's going to hurt. I don't get that's it's in the home, rather out side...maybe work related. I think a female is involved.
A sister or at least someone you have felt as close to as a sister.

As to your question....I don't recall ever having such a dream

The end of the world can mean so many things to so many people. Until it happens we can never even guess what to expect so it would be reasonable to suppose your dream is really about something but the end of the world. Perhaps knowing what each item that stands out in the dream means to you. Many things have a special, particular representation for us, it would be a start.
