i was dreaming one night and then it felt like i fell well i told my sister- in - law about it and she said i probably astral projected. so the next night i tried to do it again i started dreaming a daydream i had that day and breathing slowly and not moving at all. i have learned that if i move i fall back into my body.

My dad just recently told me that he's been doing that. He was kinda freaked out about it, but he calmed down. It happened for like a week then stopped...i was jealous.

I tend to project when I'm on the edge of sleep, mentally repeating a mantra, and focusing outside of myself; If I start thinking about my body again, I return to normality.
I have to say, most nights though, all I can acheive is what I tend to refer to as a vibrational state; the slightly-out-but-still-connected sensation. I've only seperated once or twice.
