You have no idea. I longed for Her before I even knew what I was longing for.

I'd feel naked without mine. It represents my beliefs

That's strange, Cat because that's exactly how I feel if I don't wear mine, although I will be taking it off for my daughter's wedding only because it won't go with my pearls!

I wear my Goddess Pentacle all the time. To me it represents who I am and my honor of the Earth, Air, Fire, and water with Spirit at my helm all in the circle of LOVE! I have Goddess ear rings I wear too, but change them on and off, my necklace is worn with others, but when I do not wear my pentacle, I can feel others attacking me kinda......I feel unprotected..........

To me it represents the five elements. Earth, Air, Water, Fire, and Spirit, the central being a divine element. It also represents the unity between mind, spirit and body. The star representing the body, while the circle represents the unity of mind and spirit. United it creates the pentacle, an embodiment of the five elements, and a representation of the unity of man (or woman, if you prefer). That's just how I look at it in my books though.

A way to remember how things work in universe, Wu xing. In Taoism, the circle is creation cycle, star inside is destruction cycle , maybe not too surprising pentagram for banishing in Western systems. I don't wear as jewelry, just draw it when I want to understand something.
