There has been a lot of upset this year in the family with not only pets dying suddenly but my sons marriage breaking up and my brother hitting the alcohol again.

I need to be careful and not overdo the exercise as it will only aggrivate my arthritis if I overdo things. The clouds over things could be DH's plans to get a car on Motability before the New year it is going to cause a few problems financially but will be overcome.
