I love selenite and I've read somewhere that "if you work with it it can be very revealling." Does anyone know what this means? And how would I start to work with it?

I've never worked with Selenite myself, but it is on my list of crystals to get my hands on.
Selenite is said to bring clarity of mind. It assists judgement and insight and brings about a conscious understanding of subconscious issues.
A great stone for meditation or spiritual work. It opens the crown chakra to enable accessing the angelic realm.
The Crystal Bible by Judy Hall is a fantastic book that I find indispensable.

Hi.
Personally I was disapointed using this crystal, but saying that, I think crystals give us what we need, maybe I didn`t need those properties at that time and was just trying it out.

That very well may be what happened. I find using a pendulum to dowse for the correct crystal or essential oils give me better results in healing than following what a book says. I use dowsing most often to find the right treatment for the animals I am looking to heal. I have an 18" selenite wand..i love it, it stays in my room mostly, but i do take it around to each room i love it...

From what I know about Selenite every piece of selenite its said is to have a guardian angel essence within it. Its a good stone for angelic connection as well as protection energies. I have also managed to close a portal of energy within my room with the Selenite point that I had as that had opened one night which I hadn't realised letting in all sorts of energy that I didn't want while open in so its good purpose crystal for that. Just don't use water to clear it with it as its likely to wash the stone away.
