Just as a Teenage Pagan, I need to ask here. Any advice on what can help me quickly jump-start in the mornings OTHER than coffee? That stuff is straight N A S T Y!!!

Grapefruit juice, prune juice, cranberry juice and/or orange juice along with a bran muffin or granola bar

My normal morning routine is about a trough of coffee. However, when I am without coffee I find that music seems to work just as nicely. I play my five favorite songs on my iPod at full volume and soon I find myself in a better mood and more aware of my surroundings. Hope this works for ya!!

I start my day with two teaspoons of unprocessed honey. Honey fuels your liver, revs up your metabolism, and gives long-lasting energy. If you google, there are tons of sites on the wonders of honey.

Honey is a wonderful product, it's a shame I've chosen to omit from my diet (vegan) because it is so good for many things. It's definitelyy a great metabolism booster. Try a glass of warm water with a tablespoon of honey in. That'll get you going.
Also, try to drink 8 glasses of water a day - you'll be surprised at how much easier it is to wake in the morning when our bodies are properly hydrated.
