Okay ive notice alot of yas would likes a bit of reiki
cant blame yas its fab *thou i would say that being a master LOL*
theres 2 ways of getting reiki anyones whom is a level 2 will know
way 1~
distance reiki is reiki sent to the person whom has asked for,may this person be away on holiday or on a there planet or over seas,reiki is pure energys and thats why it can over take time and distance.the person sending reiki can go it in many ways,photos chanting the persons name and location,imagen then person before them also works.
way 2~
hands on reiki is not really hands on though it depends on the reiki person.
personaly i perfer to work on the aura area no the hands on the body,but when i do the back i place my hands on the back,the person reciving the reiki,will lay on a couch or beauty type bed and lay down with or with out there eyes shut thou most of my peeps fall asleep.
reiki can add on things eg,colour healing or crystal healing main to clean out the chakras
tips abput getting reiki(hands on)~
You WILL NOT be naked if you are asked to remove anything but shoes id get the h*ll outa there!
look for there cerfs of levels.
check them out go for a chat and find out first.
they should give you a brief informatio about reiki before the treatment.
make sure the ofter water after words as it can make folks lightheaded.
some reiki peaple use candles and inscence to give a mood to the place.
most reiki peaple will tell you if they need to touch a body part.
DO NOT let them touch any part of you if you are tickleish or feel it imporper eg -root area.
(tell them b4 the start too it helps)
drinks lots of water after the treament.
