I decided to use the path to success pentacle spread for your particular question, and my Celtic Dragon deck...which deals mostly with influences surrounding the question. Keep in mind that the Tarot is merely a guide, and long distance readings are difficult...however, that said, I hope my insights can help you. Best of luck!
1) (The goal) The world
This card represents success in both the spiritual and physical worlds. It indicates that you wish to move onward and upward in your chosen career path, not surprising considering the question.
2) (What will aid you) Four of Rods
The scene on this card shows a castle and a person leaning on a dragon, high upon a hill and far away from danger. The rocks below have various half-formed faces on them, and it was these that caught my eye. The overall meaning of this card is rest and peace, and I believe the castle tells you that this period of calm should be used to fortify your base, and cement your most important relationships. A conflict is the opposite of what you need.
3) (How others will help you) Ace of Rods
In the scene on this card, baby dragons hatch and gaze out into a new world, a rainbow on the horizon and a newly hatching dragon peeping its eye out of a hole in the egg. The basic meaning of this card denotes beginnings, new ideas and a new cycle in your life, perhaps indicated by employment. In this particular position I believe that others can aid you by giving you new perspectives on old ideas and thought processes, and you can help them help you by listening carefully to what they say, and even more so to what they do and why they do it.
4) (Something that must be left behind) Four of Pentacles
In the scene on this card a woman is running off with 4 coins that do not belong to her, a dragon staring angrily at her as she looks ahead with a conceited look on her face. It indicates a grasping at money, choosing things for the wrong reasons, and reminds us rather forcefully that there is enough abundance in the universe for all, whether or not it may seem like it at any one time. Dont worry about your finances, money will come.
5) (Something you should include) Strength
Strength, a beautiful and powerful card, depicts a woman with many baby dragons at her feet looking into the eyes of a flaming larger one with love and adoration and calm. It warns of hard times, but also shows that we do indeed have the power within us to work through them. In this particular position it tells you that you need to remember your inner strength, as on the path you have chosen you are going to need it. Have faith in yourself! I sense that perhaps it has been lacking. You are as strong as you believe you are.
6) (Outcome on the current path if no changes are made) King of Swords
The king of swords, having descended many flights of stairs into an almost ominous looking cavern, stared at by a strongly lizardlike dragon. This card tells you to obey the rules and pay attention to your training, or things could become disasterous. Take the advice given to your and remember that your superiors are indeed such, and treat them with proper respect. It also reminds you of the need for self-control, and responsibility, and a gentle reminder to watch the male influences in your life, as this particular king is somewhat bull-headed and can cause a great deal of trouble if left unwatched.
