Hi everyone.Just wanted to pop in and introduce myself.Real name is Brenda,most call me Bren,but you can go by my username as I probably wont be using my real name in my posts anyways.I chose goldfinch because I love finches,and have raised zebra finches in the past...but I get goldfinches near the house that come to the birdfeeders.They are so small and beautiful.I believe it was a goldfinch that landed on my finger a few years back when I was asking for some sort of sign that I was on the right path spiritually...so that was even more a reason to choose that as my username.
I've browsed the other board, never registered to post,but when I saw it split,decided to register to post here.
A bit about myself.36,married to a lovely man and have two boys,6 and 14.Live in the midwest and love to garden at the moment.We'll see on the gardening when it's in the high 90's,humid and I need to weed ;D
Other then that,not much else.Looking forward to reading some and post a bit.Thanks for reading!
