Hello riph and welcome to the forum. I'm delighted to have you here. You'll find us a nice eclectic bunch here so feel free to ask any questions you want. You will ask 10 people and get 12 answers though - so be prepared, you're gonna get wide and varied opinions. As to your magical name - you don't HAVE to have one (I don't and I know many people who don't either) but I guess if you're meant to have one it will come to you and you'll know it's right. Looking forward to getting to know you.

I have two books. I'm reading Buckands Complete book of Witchcraft and A Witches Bible by Farrar. They seem very Wiccan and I don't see myself as Wiccan. I will finish them, however, what books are less Wiccan?

what books are less Wiccan? What is it that you are wanting to learn more about? Witchcraft, or Paganism in general?

Witchcraft initially. I'm hoping to go from there. Choosing my path once I know more about witchcraft itself.

Well I would recommend anything by the Farrars, Dorothy Morrison and Scott Cunningham. All three of these authors ARE Wiccan Witches, however, most of their writings are centred around witchcraft. You just have to learn to sift out the Wiccan influences
