Baby dreams

Well...I guess my first real tie to anything of this nature was baby dreams. The first one happened 12 years ago. One night I woke up after having a dream that I had a child. It was very strange in the sense that I had absolutely no ties to the child. I knew it was mine in the dream, but I didn't feel for it in any way, no emotional connection, or physical for that matter. I just knew in the dream that the child was mine, and she was a month old. The weird thing was that three days later, my soon to be sister-in-law, told me that she was pregnant. I really thought nothing of it. As the years have gone on though, it happens to me more often. In the dreams I'm either pregnant, giving birth, or the child is a toddler. The strangest thing happened to me though just over a year ago. I had another baby dream, but this time when I woke up I completely freaked out. I was so terrified that I couldn't find my baby. It took my roommate over an hour to calm me down to realize that it was just a dream. I still remember everything about the child. From the color of her eyes to the outfit she was wearing the last time I saw her in the dream.
My question is....Has anyone else had this happen to them? And if so, what does it all mean. Since it is my oldest link to anything I wonder if it has any deep meaning for me? If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

it could have meaning or it could be one of those sets of dreams that run like a short series. do you have any desire or longing to have a child or look after someone elses or something, just give the dreams time to pass.

Dreaming of babies can mean a number of things, in this case I think it is a reference to the condition of you own spirit
Especially the last one you discribe

I like to think that dreams of babies signify a new beginning and maybe the one that freaked you out was your inner self worried about what was to lay ahead~ Maybe you felt that you are not ready for a fresh start or the situation worries you a little?~

Sad to say that babies in my dreams always signify troubles especially when it is crying. As such my interpretation in your last when you can almost remember every detail is that a friend or somebody close to you and you trust most is deceiving you. be forwarned!
