Yep...science tells us that for ever action there is an EQUAL and opposite reaction. Same with energy weaving.
The idea that "it" comes back x3 refers to the affect energy has on the heart, the mind and the spirit.
I've often said that each of us exist in three bodies. The physical (the heart and emotion of our existence), the astral (the mind our reason, that which connects us as one being) and the spiritual, or higher self (our past, present and what will always be).
If we weave, what ever we put out comes back. And when it does, it touches each of our bodies equally, hence the three fold concept.
