Reflexology is something everyone can learn.
My daughter went to school and got a reflexology certificate so she can officially have 'patients' which means she can get a job in a clinic rather than just helping family and friends.
She's shown me some points I can do on myself. But it's always nicer when someone else does the treatment ;D
