This is a really interesting thread and thanks Goth for all the info. I have a huge and beautiful crystal ball which I have tried to use in the past when attached to a coven - nothing much happened anytime! I've charged it on a full moon night and keep it covered in black velvet but still nothing. I guess we all have our special talents and this isn't mine though strangely I couldn't part with it and it is stored and revered because of it's significance.The stones are my means of scrying and though I've done little of it over the last few years because of life events it wouldn't take much to get up to speed again. Hand reading is another means of divination at which I excelled years ago but this truely ancient and misunderstood gift needs to be practised on an on-going basis a bit like medicine.I was wondering if the hands grasping at the stones have some logical connection - what do you think?
