I was bored one day and had just got off the phone with my mama. She told me that she was having a bad day and wasn't feeling well. So I got to thinking. What if I could make something for her. Well I knew it had to be something that she would use that would make her feel better. Something that I knew she would use.
So..........
I looked into my witch's grimoire and came up with this.
I took a drawstring sachet and added alittle of the following.
Basil: for protection Cumin: to invoke peace and happiness Parsley: to ward off evil Salt: because i use it for what I like to call self/soul cleansing Rose oil: to give it a good and relaxing smell
I also gave her one of each of these candles
White: for spiritual strength and peace Blue: for soothing, calming, and peace Red: for strength and will power Green: for good luck Silver: to restore stability
I took this all to her house, ran her a warm bath and while the water was running I hung the sachet where the water would run over it. I lit the candles and set them around the bathroom. When she got out she said she felt in her words "Brand new again". So what do you all think?

That is a fantastic idea! Your mum is very lucky. Your sachets would make lovely Yule gifts as well.

That sounds like a wonderfully thoughtful thing to do for you mum. So many people say they've gotten nothing but grief from their parents, so it's refreshng to hear someone talk about theirs in a positive light.
So, how do you top that for Mother's Day next year!
