Hi all. Here is a recipe that i have been using for a long while, I have used this recipe for spending some close time with my children, when they are feeling alone or overwhelmed or if there was a tradgedy of some sort. It is called Comfort moo.. the sole purpose is to have time to talk, and express their feelings. and haveing some warm moo always helps to make the problems go away. 1 QUART OF MILK 2 TABLESPOONS HONEY 1/4 TEASPOON FRESH NUTMEG 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA HEAT ALL INGREDIENTS. DO NOT BOIL. SERVE IMMEDIATELY. Enjoy!

I love this drink just before bedtime. Nutmeg is a narcotic, so induces sleep ;D

Glad ya'll enjoyed this, Forgot to mention you can subsitute the milk with soy milk (silk) don't know if they sell that in the U.K. Had to do this because my son developed a Lactose intolerence to dairy products. Enjoy!
