Petroleum Jelly is easy to make and is the basis for other products such as lotions,lip balms,perfume blends etc etc.
1 ounce Beeswax
half a cup baby oil or mineral oil
1. Melt the beeswax in the microwave or double boiler
2.Stir in the oil
3.Remove from heat and stir until cool
4.Put in clean container and cover with a lid
You can use sweet Almond oil,grapeseed oil in fact any oil you want, though it won't be petroleum it will be more natural. I use Olive oil a lot of the time.
