Ingredients
2 tablespoons coffee granules 397g (1 large tin) sweetened condensed milk (Nestle make it) 150ml/quarter pint of whiskey (Irish if you can get it) 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Dissolve the coffee granules in half a pint of boiling water, stir well, put this and all of the other ingredients into a blender and mix until combined. Leave to cool. Transfer into a bottle and place in the fridge. Shake well before serving. Makes three quarters of a pint.

Wow, this recipe certainly hits the spot, however i would recommend that of you don't like condensed milk as it is an unusual taste, use Single cream instead but wait for the coffee to cool before using or the cream will split, if you can't get Single cream use double cream and don't put it in a blender or the cream will thicken too much, just mix the ingredients together with a hand whisk.
