I am with those who despise labeling. To me it conjours images of conformity, exclusion and division. Enough formal religions already demonstrate this. I guess I am a Celtic pagan, but only that I worship a Celtic goddess and have a passion for the legends and myths. What I actually DO could, with very little adaption, be labeled as anything you I like. I am just a pagan spirit and witch

I'm not sure what type of witch I am... but I suppose I would be leaning more towards the Celtic/Caledonii traditions ^^

I'm a little bit of all of them! I just prefer to call myself "witch". No need for labels :-)

Solitary witch, which one, depends on my mood at the time, and I'm still exploring.

I am solitary also and have beliefs in various paths so I don't label myself as only one.

I wouldn't say I'm wiccan, thought originally I dedicated my self to wicca and the craft.
Slowly as I come more exposed to more people on the net I'm learning that I'm just a witch who borrows wiccan ideas. which would classify me as eclectic.
I think that the celts, egyptians, norse, hindu, buddhist and fae panethons are the most interesting and like to include them all in my spirituality. Which would again clasiffy me as eclectic.
so I'll stick with eclectic.
And I agree, labels can get nasty

I'm not a Wiccan neither. I more less follow an Eclectic Dark Neo-Pagan path through the eyes of the Dark Mother Goddess. I don't call on a God, unless if I have to, like for Sabbats. But, I'm more of a Dark Witch more than anything. Nothing evil, or Goth, just Dark, meaning Night.

Natural born witch lol Hedgewitch . I'm not quite sure I who made these "labels" up they may by a mere few years old. Hedgewitch today (see Rae Beth)is not what Hedgewitch was originally, IE a more folklore, even stereotypical type of witch who made potions, salves etc, had knowledge or herbs and plants and used them to enter into other "realms" hex and heal, divine etc. actual ritual or religion may not have played a huge part of her craft. So calling myself a hedgewitch today is seems wrong to me as I always have to put in a disclaimer lol.

I always liken a hedgewitch to a westernised shaman - describes hedgewitchery perfectly in my opinion.

i think i am a hereditary witch as my father and his siblings are all were. thus we practice the Christian belief coupled with some spells and some rituals as well. this is common in my country of origin

Right now I think I can say I am an Eclectic Wiccan, but I'm still learning and searching and not at all solid. I am drawn to Celtic Wicca and by many of my practices I could be considered a Kitchen Witch. But as I said, I'm still deciding. I will let you know when I've settled down to a description of what kind of witch it is that I actually am...

Im an eclectic, but I really lean heavily on Scott Cunningham's work, and a little bit of Ceremonial magick, as that is what my teacher practices...
However, I glean bits and pieces from all over the place, so I really cant label myself as anything. ^^;
