Not at all, look at the basic 'story' and how it played out, not the details. You were in a happy, family situation and suddenly all was in danger, you lost or were near to losing what was dear to you. Then you were saved from destruction, never mind the 'how' you mind was not concerned with it just that it happened. "Cold"? Standard left down after feeling the 'fight or flight' rush if anything or a 'survivor guilt' reaction. We never dream our own deaths to the end, the real dying. We can't. If anything we get close. You did not, you 'lived' a dangerous event. The shots and all the rest of the 'bad things' represent danger to you, stage props. Your family setting what may have been taken from you. Your living that you survived and you 'know' what is most loved by you is always restored to you when you wake up. It was a adventurous adventure in your mind, nothing more.
However you may want to take a look at your home security situation, just for peace of mind you understand.
