;D Well have signed up now! Am not really sure what to write on here at the moment. I am male, single and live in the United Kingdom. As by my name I am a regular visitor to Glastonbury (Avalon). As regards wicca I am still a total novice and have alot to learn. So if you find me a bit shy to start with you know why! I have tried Christianity and the Church but have just found to much hypicritical behavour to follow it any further. But having made many regular visits to Glastonbury and ancient rings of stones I find myself being drawn to wicca and trying to understand it more. I was hoping to find a pagan lady to settle down with who could also furthur my knowledge in this area but this so far has not happened. Everything so far I have learned is by myself and this is a slow progress. So theres a bit about myself to start with. Peace be with you all!

Thank you for the welcoming. Being very new to Wicca and a total novice makes this very difficult for me at the moment. Though I have got many things together Book of shadows ect and have made my own wand I still need to really learn how to use them. At the moment I seem to just be waiting for something to really happen to get me started. I hope that things will soon start happening to increase my interest and learning of Wicca. Love and light to all. Glastonburywiz!

Reading's your best bet Glastowizzo. As you have internet access you have a wealth of information at your fingertips - your very own library. I'll find some links for you and post them here. There'll be lots of questions you'll have, and for me, this is where I find forums a great place to chat and discuss things. I always seem to have questions popping up in my head and as I'm a solitary witch and don't know many pagans who live near me, these forums are where I turn to. Everyday is a learning experience. Good luck on your path, you have allready started out on it and things will seem a little daunting at first, but you will be gently nuged in the right direction. Of that I'm sure. It's good to have you here.

I've been studying for approx. 8 years and still feel like a novice. There is so much to learn and I think the best way to do it is to go into each new book, venture, skill with as open a mind as possible. Best of luck and Welcome!
